To develop a methodology for multi-hazard assessment for rockfalls and debris floods for current and future scenarios

A multi-hazard assessment must consider the spatio-temporal interrelation between hazards (cascading, compound, independent, consecutive, etc). In this proposal, we consider rockfalls and debris floods hazards. Therefore, due to the characteristics of them, first of all each hazard must be evaluated independently. Afterwards we evaluate the interrelation between them, due to the possibility of spatial and temporal overlaps between both, since they could happen in a common basin, and/or in a short period of time after intense rain.
